We are requesting our money back for Feb-June as well as no more charges for unused service and closed account since January 2023. We have requested to speak with supervisors every phone call and someone says we will receive a call from a supervisor but no phone call has ever been received. Equipment was returned and we NEVER used lightspeed service. However, February-June 2023 money has been taken out and we have made every attempt several times a month to get our money back and stop lightspeed from continuing to charge. After speaking with an agent we were informed that the cancellation wasn't put in the system properly and it would be taken care of immediately. We were informed that service had been canceled but in January we were charged for service again. We requested to cancel service within days of setting up the equipment.
